Enable Bitlocker In External Driver

If the option Turn on bitlocker doesn't appear then:
  1. Run cmd as admin
  2. diskpart
  3. list disk
  4. select disk ###
  5. select partition ###
  6. inactive
  7. unplug and re-plug the usb and it will appear
