How to stop syncing folders (and then delete them)

In the next screenshot we are about to stop syncing "IT Support - Documents". We have also stoped syncing of "Adaptive - Piaf" before and the folder is a left over. You should delete left-over folders or move them somewhere else so that you don't get confused.

File locked with "Data in the reparse point buffer is invalid"

Open run window and run this

%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset 

If you see a "Windows cannot find..." message, copy and paste this instead

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset 

Wait 30 seconds and open OneDrive Manually

IF YOU HAVE A SLOW PERFORMING ONE DRIVE -SYNC BUT A GOOD INTERNET

In one case the generic fix with chkdsk/disk/sfc solved our problem
